1. Parties This Sublease Agreement is entered into between the original tenant ("Sublessor") and the new tenant ("Sublessee"). The Sublessor holds a valid lease for the premises described below and wishes to sublease a portion or all of the leased premises to the Sublessee.
2. Premises The Sublessor agrees to sublease the premises located at the address specified below, including all fixtures and furnishings currently present, for the term and rent specified in this agreement.
